Kung Fu for Kids
Self-defense, fitness, and a touch of fun and laughter
What do you learn?
We have three classes per week and each class focused on important elements towards kids.

Basics
Kids learn to punch, block, and move to understand what self-defense means to them. Through this they also learn how their bodies work, how their arms and legs function.

Intensive Training
Kids will engage in various physical exercises that push their body to improve physical health. Intensive training exercises will help them to develop speed, agility, alertness, and reaction to make sure they are as fast as lightning.

Confidence and Morale
Martial arts are well known to discipline and build good character among young people. This class will help kids to build confidence and boost morale attain a sense of strength to break their own barriers in daily life.

Fun, Games, and Stories
What is a good martial arts class without fun? We sometimes play games, fun activities, and tell stories that ensure kids are happy and enjoy the class.
